Delivery & Return Policy

DELIVERY TIME

URGENT CARGUS (only in Romania): delivery in 1-2 days

DHL Express: delivery in 4-6 days in Europe.

Delivery outside Europe: 5-8 days

 

DELIVERY COSTS

For orders over 500 RON, transport is free (valid only for orders shipped in Romania)

For orders less than 500 RON, the transport fee is 24 RON.

For orders abroad, the transport fee is 150 RON.

 

THE PAYMENT

For the delivery of orders on the Romanian territory, payment can be refunded upon delivery or by card upon order registration.

For deliveries abroad, only payment by card at the end of the order is accepted.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is picked up by the courier company from our headquarters in Romania, and externally between 4-8 working days, depending on the destination country.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details so you can track your order. You can also check the status of the order by logging in to your account.

ALESSI-WEAR uses Urgent Cargus to send orders, anywhere in Romania, and for external orders the courier company DPD. All products are sent from our headquarters, owned by ALESSI-WEAR S.R.L, located in Str. Eroilor, no.4, Rașnov, Brașov; Romania.

 

THE RETURN PROCESS

Before returning, please fill in the return form on the site and then send the package to the address mentioned above within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return payments are made in a maximum of 30 days only by bank transfer to the account specified by you, both for deliveries in Romania and for those abroad.

Shipping costs in case of return of the product are supported by the customer. If the buyer has benefited from the free delivery of the products under the conditions explained in the Delivery Costs section, the transport costs of the first delivery will be deducted from the refund price by the company.

Conditions of return or change of product

  1. Products should be tried on only over your personal underwear.
  2. The products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (original box, original Alessi labels) and must not be dirty or show traces of make-up. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
  3. The protective adhesive strip must be intact.

We recommend that you refund the products via the courier with which they were delivered to you. Parcels with cash on delivery or sent by Romanian Post are automatically refused. The package sent back must be properly packaged in the authorized packaging of the courier company and cardboard box.

If you want to replace one product with another available in stock, the delivery costs will be supported by you.

We recommend that you refuse products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier.
